Product information "Roller Rail Plus"
The Roller Rail Plus features a lightweight and robust aluminium base frame with ball-bearing rollers, a front run-up surface, three locking positions for different drum sizes and a roller locking function. It enables optimal, shaftless decoiling of cable drums through fast, safe and tool-free operation.
The compact design, low weight and synthetic handles on the sides make it easy to transport. The fastening holes allow the roller rail to be either permanently fixed with screws or temporarily fastened to soft ground with ground nails. The optionally available connection set supports the stability and positioning of the roller rail during the decoiling process even without fixing to the ground. Anti-slip coverings also ensure optimum grip on smooth floor surfaces. When the cable drums are placed in the roller rail, the transverse grooves on the inclined surface ensure a firm grip. The rollers run on dust- and dirt-protected ball bearings and can be adjusted to three different locking positions without tools. The high side edge ensures safe drum guidance. The drum width is also infinitely adjustable. The roller lock function can be unlocked while standing and thus enables easy removal of the cable drum.
